Call Pilot Report Download
I'm working on a data warehousing project which intends to use Call Pilot OM reporting data as a data source. Because of our server architecture, the report download scheduler (and the requirement for an open Communicator session) do not work for extracting the necessary data. Is anyone aware...- devinh
