first: remember that any set with lines appear & ring with FNA to VM will always accept the call, after the delay set under FNA. But i'm not sure about this problem of yours.... how many sets are appear & ring ? at any rate, make sure that the delay for FNA is smaller at the reception phone...- nortelchick

BCM 200
are you sure it's not the Fan light ?? I know that Nortel pulled out a patch on BCM 200 with 'red fan light' problems. The patch resolves the problem pretty easily. But if it's your power light.... no clue. good luck !- nortelchick
