    Partially working network

    I'm having trouble downloading 99% of web pages. eg I can search on google but cannot open any of the links. I cannot open yahoo/bbc etc. I can ping these and other websites succesfully. It just started to get progressively harder to navigate the web. I have turned off all firewalls...
