Whatever you use, I'd be careful. If you get caught using music that you don't have the rights to, you could get sued. The last company I worked for had a 5-disc CD changer and they were caught without the proper licenses by a music publishing company. BIG BUCKS IN FINES!!

hi. make sure you have your background music setting to Y. it's different than music on hold. feature 86 should work then. let me know if it works. (that setting is under services, tele services, general settings, features....)
