I had same issue last few days. After working years I lost audio on my in-mail. Tried to change the CF and VM21 with no result. Finally I defaulted the all programming and that fixed the problem. If you can afford to default - try it.

Does somebody know how to connect to SL1100 via dial up modem? I have DID set up for that. I created connection account with PCPro, but I can not open the usb dial up modem. I can use the same modem with SV8100 without problems.

Prog example how to disconnect unanswered AA call. Program a dialing DISA options to go to a group not to extension. program queuing time table for this group like: sequence 1 - wait 60 sec, sequence 2 - wait 60 sec, sequence3 - DISCONNECT. in 2 min the call will be disconnected and line released.

to bmadtiger You can disconect any unanswered calls to DISA if you limited them by time, but it is not a perfect solution.

Try to change the extension number and if it is still the same you have to default the system and reprogramm it. good luck
