I've got an Option11 system. Some of the users are complaining that when they dial digits in an attempt to navigate a voice menu, the digits aren't accepted.
The problem seems intermittent. I thought perhaps that the length of the outgoing tones may not be quite long enough for some systems...
I've got an Option 11 system, with the night bell set to kick in after 5PM. Calls coming in at night ring at a few (four I think) select phones.
What I really need is some type of notification to come over the paging system when a call comes in, so that the single person in the office is aware...
