    Just to let everyone know i have the problem solved. I basically reset all the firewall access rights so that all lan users can access all ports and all ports to wan1+wan2 are blocked.     I bought a copy of cisco vpn client and i am now pretty certain this cannot be configured to work with the rv082. ssh sentinel seems to be a far better piece of software.

    I gave up with this and used SSH Sentinel 1.4 Got this working over dialup but seems very temperamental. Connection very slow etc.. Think you can still get a freeby version of 1.3 but i downloaded the evaluation copy of 1.4 as its been sold off now. Found it on the net for £55 so thats not to...
