    Radeon 7500 Choppy/Slow display

    i just got a computer from my brothers work with 800 mhz, 758 mb of ram, and a 64 mb radeon 7500 pci card. The thing is that the games i try to play are very slow and choppy, also.. when i play a game called: Subspace, I noticed little glitches all over the screen, tiny sections of about 7-8...
