We have a Meridian 11c with Symposium express call centre 4.2. We have a Voice Gateway Media Card NTVQ01AB. When the system was first set up the vendor loaded Voice Menu and Comfort message files which we supplied to them as .wav files. They converted them to .sbc format which we believe is a...- idguser
