video capture card help
ok i got the dazzle DVS 80 and i installed everything and hooked the dvs to my usb port and my tv connected to the DVS but for some reason it wont let me capture video and when i plugged in the DVS into the USB port a new device setup thing comes up and it wont setup...anyone please help me- punkshroom64

i need some serious help on animation....
ok heres the thing i spend days making flash animated cartoons then....when i put these animations on the web the lip sync and such is just...well not in sync so this defeats the purpose of the toon...is there anyone out there that can tell me how to fix the problem...and if u don't understand...- punkshroom64
