    malicious script detected by Norton GM executes and faults

    Recently searching the Web Norton detected a malicious script, user blocked it and then quarantined it. Thereafter, the when user executes GM via server front end, GM loads and then intermittently crashes @ gm6.exe. User can execute GM from other desktops. Any ideas??? Windows XP professional
