    Cannot open resume.doc file in Oulook Office 2003

    Deleting the OLK files works. We also had a user that was getting the message "Can't create file: *.doc" Then it asked you to check permissions for the folder. This was from trying to open Word docs from outlook 2003. Seems to be working now.
