    How do I change the alphabetizing order of the index

    I do not like the way InDesign alphabetizes the index it produces. I prefered the way PageMaker did it. Does anyone know how to change the alphabetization InDesign's indexing outputs?

    How to view what the index marker is

    In PageMaker you could select the index marker next to text and view it. However, I can't seem to do this in InDesign. I can view the marker, and I can select it, but I can't seem to see the actual index entry it's marking. Is this possible, and how?
