    Thanks for the reply on this problem. The s/o form is programmed to print the item's Ext. Description, but the data from the RMA does not carry forward to the Sales order item ext. description file. Any other suggestions are welcomed.

    I am using item extended description in the RMA Data entry. The ext. Decs. carries to the RMA receipt entry file, but once the RMA become a Sales order, the ext. desc. is no longer there. I would appreciate any help on this.
