Unable to extend call to Voicemail on Meridian Attendant PC
Thanks for the reply....I'm not sure if there is a manual method for xferring to VM...there are like i said 3 virtual feature keys and there is also a "Toolbar" with a Dial function and Direct to Voicemail function. None of the Help docs in the Console offer any info on this, nor is...- Francis2000

Unable to extend call to Voicemail on Meridian Attendant PC
On the Meridian Attendant PC, there is a function you can use to drag an extension to an envelope icon which should transfer the incoming call to the extension's voicemail. In our case, when you try to transfer, it goes to the system's main attendant menu(for off hours)...I cannot find...- Francis2000
