I'm a newbie, please dont be to harsh. I think I need to install MS-DOS, PC-DOS, but Im not sure. I want to write some Win32 apps, and my friends and I want to play around with writing our own operating system (in time, lol). Im currently on a Win9x system. Also, which is a better IDE...
