    Thanks for the info, but I don't really want to change the whole numbering scheme. I just want to get this old extension back into use. Plus I use DID and not sure if changing the scheme will mess everything up. Thanks, Bill

    I found the Logical ID number and did the math, but we use a 3 digit dial plan and when I try to enter the 4 digit extension (from the math), WinSPM doesn't like the extension and asks for a new extension number. Any thoughts? THanks again, Bill
