SX2000 Call pickup Directed
Hi Thanks for that, Yes the ext was deleted before the change, I have also amended ther cor & cos accordingly and also changed the speed dial. This was all done at the time of the change but still unable to complete the call pick up directed- novice1971

SX2000 Call pickup Directed
I wonder if anyone can assist me. I have just changed an extension number from 250 to 400. If calls came into ext 250 the reception used to pick them up via call pickup directed. Since re numbering this ext it has not been possable. can someone please advise me of what i have missed..... Thanks- novice1971

SX2000 SC1000 RINGER CHANGE
HI I HAVE A SC1000 WHERE THE RING TONE APPEARS TO HAVE CHANGED? IS THERE ANY WAY THIS IS POSSIBLE? HOW DO I CHANGE IT BACK TO DEFAULT? THANKS- novice1971
