    Well, yes and no. The users are very particular about being able to see the report on screen. Is there any way to pop-up the generated PDF document on screen when the report is called from a form? Thanks again.

    Yes, runtime should display the same data as in design. The data does not get cut-off when the output is generated to a PDF file. However, when sent to a RTF file I am unable to open the file - well, that's secondary for me right now. Thanks Aniemsh
