Downlaod speed gradually slows
Alright, i have dial up...because it is my only option. Ive switched to opera as my browser, and it has turned out to be pretty fast with web browsing...but here is my question When i download files from net(not p2p) my speed starts out as 40kb/s, then gradually slows down to 20 over about 8...- emihalj
