5550 console not accessing phonebook
I have just converted a 5550 console from normal operation to teleworker mode and all appears to be working ok, except.... The operator no longer gets any data when she uses the phonebook in the 5550. She enters a name and clicks search and nothing happens. None of the additional database fields...- Andrew Hillier
