    Specifying Windows absolute path in Windows PostgreSQL

    I have installed the windows version of PostgreSQL and want to do a bulk insert to a table from a CSV file on a CD-ROM. How do I specify a windows D:\filename.csv file when the copy command expects a *nix /usr/file absolute path.
