Unfortunatley no, because its a time field. When trying to use the built in functions to convert it to a string before substringing it, no time columns show in the selection.
I have also tried to set the ODBC advanced options to convert DB2 time to a string but that did not work either.
Having major problems. Created a report in Impromptu Adminstrator that connects to a DB2 database using Neon Shadow Direct. All latest versions. Getting an -171 sql code error when substringing a time field. This was working on an older version of Neon Shadow Direct but not newer versions...
Try to disable the escape key in an access app. If this can't be done how do i go about handling the event so that it do something other than clearing data just entered???
