    Running Task Scheduler as a service

    I had scheduled some programs to run at specific times, but it says that the scheduled job might not run, because Task Scheduler is not running as a service. How to make task scheduler run as a service? I am using Windows NT 4.0 with SP6a. I have IE6.0 in my machine. Thanks, Suren
