    Fast Export (fexport) performance

    I have dedicated connection between Teradata box and Win2003 server via Gigabit card. I'm, performing simple export SELECT * FROM in fastexport. The effect is that export takes approximately 5 x longer that fastload of the same data to the table. Any suggestions?
