We do electronic B.O.L's here and have found the most efficient way of doing it is using the MAS 90 office w/ Word and then allowing for prompted fields and the such. We've found it be very user friendly and even some of "not as computer literate" personnel can still accomplish the task.
Whenever i try to send an email using the MAS 90 Office feature it returns the following error after prompting me for the profile to use:
"[Collaboration Data Objects - [E_INVALIDARG(80070057)]]"
