Thanks for the reply! However, I have been told by Xerox I am not allowed to obtain the part as I am not a licensed Xerox technician. Can you please tell me where I can order this from?- leafsfanatic

Phaser 860 Error 07.005.47
I have replaced the maintenance tray with a brand new one due to the wearing of the pins. Now the printer gives an error message 07.005.47. This is attributed to a "failure of the drum maintenance system". I am assuming this is the drum maintenance clutch, but am unsure. As we have no Xerox...- leafsfanatic
