I agree with Seaspray0. The problem isn't your rights or login on the server. You need to login to the XP workstation using an account that has local "administrative" priviledges. If you do not, the local system will not allow you to change the network configuration.

Anytime I have to restart the print spooler, I lose all of my TCP/IP printer ports. I then have to recreate all of the network TCP/IP printer ports. Then everything will work fine until I restart the spooler again. Any ideas?
