The way subshop manual actually explains is to copy the database files and put it in the proque folder than run sp 7,3,3,. This is in a scenario where you transfer db files to a new subshop install. www.posflorida.net- posflorida

Does anyone have experience with Resturant Pro Express?
I agree with techmedix. Rpe is reasonable for a quickserve environment aloha would be a overkill. I have never used dinerware but it looks like a good software. http://www.posflorida.net- posflorida

As you realized there are many choices. If you are looking for a pos system along the lines of ER-650 than go with datasym 6000 series or cash register express with ncr or ibm pos units would be sufficient. www.posflorida.net http://www.posflorida.net- posflorida
