Problem resolved. The provider of Millington Telephone has a DMS500 switch from Nortel and the T-1 was set to inactive in the switch. Thanks for the comment dunham1

Is there a way to monitor traffic on the D Chanel? I am trying to turn up a PRi with Millington Telephone Company and the CSU is loopable and Telco can pass patterern to CSU so the layer 1 is communicating but the D channel will not come up. I am not seeing any errors in Monitor.

The DDI is 3700 - 3899 plus 0441,8445,0385. VMPro would work for the Main line of 0441 but all of the other DDIs by pass VMPro and go directly to extension. So I don not think I have a choice but to setup the CLI blocking in the Incomming Routes

I have a company that is receiving tons of telemarketing calls and they seem to be coming in from about 30 different numbers over and over. Does anyone know of a way to setup the incoming call route to send the caller ID to a specific location I have attempted to do this with no success.

I am useing ICA client version 9.0 and connecto to a Metafram Server 3 on windows 2000 server and the ica client is asablishing the connection to the metafram server but not launching the published apps after connect the connection just hangs.
