    ZoneAlarm and SpeedStream 3060 internal DSL modem

    Since i've installed Zone Alarm, i'm experiencing the same problems as you, but i use no cable modem, just an ISDN Modem. So i suppose the problem is related only to Zone Alarm and not to the OS nor to the Hardware.
