Im new to the Mitel systems and have seen that other dealers have been able to display a customer logo on the handsets up in the top section of the handset screen (53XX models) does any body have clear instructions on how to do this and is it a simple process??? any info would be good...
Yeh there 5320e model. That would make sense as to why they get to a certain point and then fail if the chip doesn't have enough ram. cheers for the info i'll have a look at the handsets tomorrow

I've just upgraded a CX3300II system to Ver 7, I've started to connect the IP handsets and out of 30 the first 15 of them upgraded no problem, the rest now get stuck in a loop, they connect to the TFTP start to download and all of them get to the same point in the download procedure...

Does anybody know of the ideal or default settings to put in the "CO TONE DETECTION" form for Australia??? Currently I have Telstra PSTN lines connected which don't seem to clear down when calls hit the voicemail! Very annoying! Also if there are any other settings related to this issue...
