yes Randreano you got it, the HDD was the problem, but i resolve it by attaching the HDD to a mac via firewire box then format it as MS DOS format via disk utility, the copy all files to it from the HDD of another same printer always via firewire, and it works great then the firmware upgrade...
my phaser 7700 reboots continuosly after updating to a new firmware, i think the new firmware file is corrupted during the download, but now the printer is not showing anymore on the network, what to do? any help
