Is there a way to run a traffic report in a Mitel SX2000 environment that will allow me to see the number of calls that overflow to voice mail from our main (receptionist manned) line? This location has 4 each 1000 Mitel attendant stations that intercept all calls to our main number/line.

I service a mitel 200 and have a issue with one extension our of 800! This one ext will not except a name input. It confirms etc;but when that ext is call only the 4 digit ext appears on the lcd...no name...help!
