Phone/modem control panel won't open
Yes! services.msc showed Telephony as disabled, and changing it to manual cleaned everything right up. My IT guys were stumped as was IBM (who wanted me to send the whole laptop back - sheesh!) Thanks a ton. Dave- dsrubin

Phone/modem control panel won't open
I can't get my dialer to work (error is "no usable device was detected on this machine") and when I go to control panel and try to open 'Phone and modem options' I get THIS error: "Phone and modem control panel can not be opened, You may have a problem starting telephony service". Well, duh...- dsrubin

FoxPro migration to Access - how to convert reports?
I'm converting a database from FoxPro (on Mac) to Access. The tables and data were easy, but I REALLY don't want to start from scratch with reports and labels and the like. Any suggestions for possible conversions? Translators? Tricks/tips? Thanks, Dave- dsrubin
