    I've never had this problem, on phase II phones. What firmware and phase type phone are you running. The purple barney phones are phase 1. Are you assigning vlan parameters to your ip phones. Is the phone set for full dhcp?

    default password for nortel wireless handsets????

    How do you change the default color*set password on the 11XXE's, our Network Administrator will not allow us to buy these phones unless we can change the password to something only we know.
