Prompting on onLoad only once
for the third option. use a script to determine WHERE the person is coming from, and act accordingly. for example, if you only want them to get asked when they come to your site for the first time EVER, you need cookies...but if being asked the first time they come to the homepage and not asked...- kalixt

oops, typo the redirect URL should be http://www.yoursite.com/index.html not .index.html ... you probably would have caught that- kalixt
