I think that the HEAT ODBC connection is setup correctly but we can't use the HEAT log-in button within the Preferences log-in tab.
The button is not greyed-out, it's just that when you click on it, nothing happens.

Thanks very much for taking the trouble to help me - this has meant I have now resolved issues A, B & C.
The only problem that remains is:
D) Within Goldmine, none of the PCs can access Heat – there are no errors - some have the integrated fields...
Goldmine and Heat are driving me loopy & I would really appreciate some help.
We are running Goldmine v6 (using SQL) and Heat Powerdesk v6.4 on a Windows 2000 Server network with Windows 2000 clients & SQL 2000.
Each of these works fine independently, but the integration just will not work no...
