    resizing for larger documents

    SO my printer prints at a finsh size of 8.25 x 10.34 with .5 extra for bleeds, it may seem like a stupid question but how do I resize my documet so that the snap-to guides are 8.25 x 10.75? and what is with the size meassurements being 65p4? WHat does that mean in layman's terms? thanks a lot
