I double checked the the cyan image cradle to see any physical damages and saw none.
Also checked the rest of the printer, also saw none.
The "reseating the cyan toner" was not my idea, but our users.
They believe it's what fixes the issue.
I unfortunately cannot...
I cannot explain it but the our printer prints this weird consecutive pieces of image.(See attached)
To fix the problem, the Cyan Imaging Unit and Toner needs to be re-seated.
Then it will print fine again.
Imaging Unit and Toner for Cyan has already been replaced.
