    69xx phones loud static on announced transfers

    Established cloud vMiVBx with 6900 series phones, recently started experiencing loud static on announced transfers once the caller is released. Approximately 10 seconds, then 1 second with no static, 1 second of static and then it clears. Has anyone else experienced this?

    It occurs sporadically. I thought retaining the internal call ability was interesting too. Double checked availability of external call paths and that was not an issue.

    UCA Softphone when attempting to call external number receives "Unable to Dial" Event Logs in the server show the call failed because SXERR_CONGESTION. Internal calls go through.
