Hello again. Thank you for the help. I changed the time out from 4 seconds to 15 and I still get the immediate busy signal after pressing the 9 key for external line calls. Hello, I would like to as for some help. I have a problem where when the handset is picked up and the external line number 9 is pressed the set goes busy immediately. after turning up the error messages I get error code 96 and "missing mand ie" which I have found out is missing mandatory...- marhoo
