    Thanks gwebster! These are 9630 phones - I've done as you directed and happy to report that this has worked. Thank for "sharing" your knowledge with a Non Phone Person. The only thing I had to do differently was download a previous version of the install file. JRB

    Can one of you get me some additional instructions. So I have an IIS web server up and running - what files do I need and what directories do I need to put them in. And then on the phone do I login in as craft and set the HTTP server address to my webserver address? etc. etc. etc? Thanks Jed
