To everyone who have problems with the M940 not printing colors or black & white. I got this tip from someone at Xeroxs' support staff. Remove the print head and ink reservoir. Cut a paper cup or some other container and add some ammonia based cleaner (windex is great) so that the printer...- pooh215

Xerox Workcenter M940
Xerox has a program to run to remove the drivers. I've used it to remove it from Windows 98 without a problem. I've used the XP version but have been unable to get the printer to work anyway. Here's the link- Good Luck...- pooh215

Hello Indyben- Glad to see some one else determined to get this printer up and running. I have the M940 and it was working fine on my computer running Windows 98. When I switched it to my newer computer running XP- my problems started. Xerox no longer supports this printer so if you want help-...- pooh215
