    I see two folder under profiles, one called ken and one called outlook. Within each of those is a multitude of gobbledygook named folders If your profile name is Ken then go under that one and it will be within one of the gobbledygook folders. Ok where you see your 3 in the registry. Double...

    Thank you Hemihd !!! We have had 2 people in our office with the same issue. I went to both their machines and changed the 2nd of the two strings to have mailbox - in front of their name and that seemed to resolve the issue. I have been looking for an answer now over a week. Thank you again !!
