Error 503: Failed to load target servlet [portal]
Hey, If you havnt solved you problem yet, check if you MS SQl server is started, if not turn it on! Once its up, bounce you portal server. And see it all work. If you are you SQL server is up then, restart it and restart portal server and see what happens. Hope this help!!- Mickey1228
