If I'm not wrong, I don't use headers. I use a seperate header that I copy for every page.
It would be cool if there's a tool/add-on that allows me to change the format of some parts of the table, without changing it to the rest of it.

I have some objects on my master page (like a logo and a pagenumber). When I'm placing some items on the normal pages, they are arranged ABOVE the masterpage objects. I just can't find a way to get the masterpage-objects arranged above the layers on the normal pages! Is there an option for this...
