Maybe I set up the asisted transfer wrong? In the AA it is set up for when "2??" is pressed by the caller it transfers to $KEY. IN the Assisted Transfer box I put $KEY in the "Mailbox selection and $CLID in the "Source of Transfer" in the specific tab. When I call in to test I get music on hold...
Let me through in one more twist that may be the problem. All calls are answered by the auto attendant on a Voice Mail Pro. Does it automatically forward Caller Id or do I need to set something there?
Telco claims to be providing CLID but the phone displays "Anonymous Caller". I think I will take the advice and double check for myself. Any place in the configuration I should take a look at as well?
I have 5610sw phones on a 406. Do these IP phones receive caller id? And if so where do you turn it on from? Sorry I am sure this is a dumb question but would appreciate the help.
