Isn't R11, (more accurately R11.5), the latest Definity load supported by the conventional hardware? I believe the new hardware platform where the processorunit is taken out of the Definity and placed onto a Linux server is what is called Multi Vantage.
But then again I could be wrong.

How about the import / export function in ASA?
You can import the abbr dial list into an Excel file.
Use the functionality of Excel to change the first two digits, save the new list and export it back into the Definity.
But of course you could always use a scripting tool like Procomm.
