    tlpeter, what have you heard about VPN issues? I haven't heard anything negative on the 20/30/50 (older 96XX) sets, just lots of issues on the newer 96X1 sets.

    Thanks for the quick response! We've got a few sets on loan that we're testing, and the 9630 in front of me has worked well so far. My biggest concern about going with an older 96XX series (non-96X1) is that I'm hearing from Avaya that the 96XX are going to be going up in price, harder to find...
